Piedmont Station 1
The Piedmont Fire Department is located in far northeast Canadian County and operates 12 apparatus out of two stations. The department protects a population of 8,000 and covers an area of 64 sq miles. The department responds to approx. 800 calls a year and currently has 11 career personnel and 6 volunteers.
Station 1 is located in the main part of town and houses all career operations and most of the apparatus. Station 1 is connected to City Hall.

Engine 1 and Engine 3 rotate monthly for first out status. These trucks are first out for most calls at the department.

Although very similar, Engine 1 and Engine 3 are a few months apart and have different job numbers.

The oldest truck in the fleet, Tanker 1 is the first out tanker for Station 1. With an upgraded light package and straight piped exhaust, this beast is hard to miss!
Brush 1 - 2017 Ford F-550 4x4/2012 Chief - 200 CET/400 Tank - Gas/Auto
Brush 1 is first out for all first due grass fires. The bed was remounted from the department former 2004 unit.
Brush 2 - 2007 Ford F-350 4x4/Chief - 200 Hale/350 Tank - Gas/Auto
Brush 2 is last out for grass fires.
Brush 3 - 2016 Ford F-550 4x4/Chief - 200 CET/400 Tank - Gas/Auto
Brush 3 is first out for all second due/mutual aid grass fires.
Utility 1 - 2019 Ford F-250 - Gas/Auto
