Piedmont Station 2
The Piedmont Fire Department is located in far northeast Canadian County and operates 12 apparatus out of two stations. The department protects a population of 8,000 and covers an area of 64 sq miles. The department responds to approx. 800 calls a year and currently has 11 career personnel and 6 volunteers.
Station 2 is located in the northern part of the departments district and is staffed by volunteers. While able to respond out of this station, the units here are mainly used as reserve units for Station 1.
Engine 2 - 2003 Pierce Contender, Job #14469TR - 1250 Waterous/1000 Tank - Diesel/Auto - ex-Pierce Daytona Demo
Engine 2 is first out for most calls at Station 2. Engine 2 was originally a demo unit at Daytona International Speedway.

Engine 4 - 1999 E-One, S.O. 20234 - 1500 Hale/500 Tank - Diesel/Auto - ex-Pueblo Chemical Depot, CO, ex-McAlester Ammunition Plant, OK
Engine 4 is the departments only aerial device and will respond as requested and staffed by volunteers. It originally served at Pueblo Chemical Depot in Pueblo, Colorado. It was then sent to McAAP in McAlester, OK before being acquired by the PFD through forestry.
Tanker 2 - 2007 Freightliner/OSCO - 500 Berkeley/3000 Tank - Diesel/Auto
Tanker 2 is the first out tanker from Station 2
