Clinton Station 1
The Clinton Fire Department is located in southern Custer County and operates 11 apparatus out of one station. The department protects a population of 8,500 and covers an area of 98 sq miles.
Station 1 houses all of the departments frontline apparatus and career and administrative staff. This station was built in 2013.

Engine 3 is first out for all out-of-town structure fires.

Ladder 11 is second due to all commercial structure fires. Ladder 11 is usually staffed by volunteers but career staff may respond in it if requested by nearby departments.
Tanker - 1996 Peterbilt/2002 Blanchat - 500 Waterous/3000 Tank - Diesel/Manual
The departments tanker, nicknamed "Tornado Tanker" after the schools mascot, responds with Engine 3 to rural structure fires and is brought to grass fires by volunteers. The cab and chassis to this truck was formerly an over-the-road chassis and has over 600,000 miles on it!

Brush Pumper 101 is first out for all grass fires.
Brush Pumper 102 - 2010 Ford F550/Cooper Creek - 200 Waterous/500 Tank - Gas/Auto
Brush Pumper 102 is third out for grass fires and is usually staffed by volunteers.
Brush Pumper 103 - 1991 BMY/Selman - 300 Hale/1500 Tank - Diesel/Auto
Brush Pumper 103 is second out for grass fires.
Brush Pumper 104 - 1992 Freightliner/Cooper Creek - 200 Hale/1500 Tank - Diesel/Auto
Brush Pumper 104 is usually last out for grass fires unless special requested.
Brush Pumper 108 - 1999 International/Boardman - 200 Waterous/1000 Tank - Diesel/Manual
Brush Pumper 108 was built in late 2023. The department sent it to a shop where the truck was completely overhauled and a large lift and 4WD drive system was installed.
Rescue - 2017 Ford F550/Chief - Diesel/Auto
Rescue is first out for all medical and accident calls.
