Coyle Station 1
The Coyle Fire Department is located in far northeast Logan County and operates 12 apparatus out of 1 station. The department protects a population of 400 and covers an area of 147 sq miles in both Logan and Payne counties. The department responds to approx. 300 calls a year and currently has 16 volunteers.

Originally serving as Engine 7 in nearby Guthrie, Engine 20 now serves as the department second out engine. This truck is in immaculate shape!
Engine 21 - 1995 Pierce Dash, Job #E8822 - 1500 Waterous/1000 Tank - Diesel/Auto - ex-Westside RFPD, Hood River, OR
Purchased just last year, Engine 21 is first out for the department and carries a set of hydraulic extrication equipment as well.
Tanker 25 (Preachers Truck) - 2008 Freightliner/2013 CFD - 250 CET/2250 Tank - Diesel/Auto
Tanker 25 is comprised of a forestry cab & chassis and a tank from the Woodcrest Fire Department. This truck was constructed by department members in 2013. This truck has been affectionately designated as "Preachers Truck", as the department chaplain is usually found behind the wheel of this truck.
Tanker 26 - 1998 Kenworth/2009 Mountain Hi - 500 Berkeley/4250 Tank - Diesel/Manual
One of the largest tankers in the area, Tanker 26 was built by Mountain High in Washington.
Brush 21 - 2002 Ford F350/Chief - 200 Hale/300 Tank - Diesel/Manual - ex-Langston, OK
Brush 21 was sold to the CFD by nearby Langston.
Brush 22 - 1972 AM General/CFD - 250 CET/600 Tank - Diesel/Auto
Brush 22 is the oldest truck in the CFD fleet both in age and how long it has been with the department. It is last out for most fires.
Brush 23 - 2015 Ford F550/Blanchat, Serial #1504R29 - 150 ACE/400 Tank - Gas/Auto
Brush 23 is first out for grass fires. Unfortunately, this truck is already on its 4th pump, originally being equipped with a Hale.
Brush 24 - 2007 Ford F350/Crow - 200 Rowe/300 Tank - Gas/Auto
Built to work, Brush 24 has seen many of the large fires in both Logan and Payne counties, as you can see by the wear and tear the rig has endured.
Brush 28 - 2002 Stewart-Stevenson/2017 CFD - 200 Hale/1300 Tank - Diesel/Auto
Brush 28 was built in house by department members in 2017.
Gator 28 - 2013 John Deere Gator/CFD - 55 Gallon Tank - Gas/Auto
Gator 28 was outfitted by the CFD and is usually pulled via a trailer by Truck 29 or Command.
Truck 29 - 2015 Ford F250/CFD - Gas/Auto
Truck 29 acts as the departments rescue and responds to all medical calls and also carries a set of hydraulic extrication equipment.
Command - 2001 Ford F250 - Gas/Auto
Command is the fire chiefs take home vehicle but can also be used for members to take to classes and other things as the need arises.
