El Reno Station 1
The El Reno Fire Department is located in central Canadian County and operates out of two stations.
Station 1 is located on the south side of town and houses 4 personnel along with the department administrative staff. Station 1 is also shared with the police department.
Engine 3 - 2014 Sutphen, HS#5420 - 1500 Hale/750 Water/30 Foam - Diesel/Auto
Engine 3 is first out for most calls at Station 1.
Ladder 1 - 2022 Sutphen, HS#7219 - 1500 Hale/300 Tank/100' Tower - Diesel/Auto
Ladder 1 was placed in service earlier this year. Replacing its 23 year old predecessor and adding 25 more feet to the ERFD's aerial capabilities, this new ladder truck is a very welcomed addition to the fleet.
Quint 1 - 1999 Sutphen, HS#3425 - 1500 Hale/500 Tank/75' Stick - Diesel/Auto
For the time being, Quint 1 is still in service to access the smaller downtown alleyways that Ladder 1 may not be able to fit down. It is expected to be surplused later this year.
Tanker 1 - 2008 Kenworth/Pierce, Job #8376529 - 500 Waterous/2100 Tank - Diesel/Auto
Rescue 3 - 2000 Freightliner/ALF, S/N #E0059 - 350/250 Tank Diesel/Auto
Rescue 3 is also expected to be surplused later this year.
