Guymon Station 1

The Guymon Fire Department is located in central Texas County in the Oklahoma Panhandle and operates out of two stations. The department covers an area of 7 sq miles within the city with a large area in the county including mutual aid area. The department protects a population of over 12,000 with 24 paid personnel supported by 30 volunteers. The department averages 1500 calls a year.

Station 1 is located in the northeast part of the city and was built in 2013. Station 1 is home to the majority of the departments apparatus and operations as well as a training room, administrative offices, and the department's secretary. Station 1 also houses all of the departments ambulances. Station 1 houses a usual 6 personnel with a max of 8.
